Elation Application

To register for a free profile with Club ELATION

- Please upload a photo of your government-issued photo ID, to be used for registration purposes only. Your ID must be valid and not expired, and the information will be verified against the National Sex Offender Registry and National Violent Offender Registry. Anyone currently registered as a sex offender or violent offender will be denied membership. This process is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our members, as well as to maintain compliance with Tennessee state laws. The ID photo will ONLY be seen staff for purposes of validating your account, and to be in compliance with state law.

Unfortunately for throuples and moresomes we do not have systems in place and the additional member/s will need to create their own profiles.That said there will be ticketing options for them so you can all come together with the bulk member discount.

Your Member Profile:

- You must post at least 2 pics of the member(s) associated with your profile, no memes or animation. Any more pics can go into your Passkey Album. 

- Please submit high-res, full-size photos (Thumbnail or un-cropped photos with borders not permitted). Sexy, classy pics are a must. Lingerie, shirt and jacket, class it up but keep it sexy.

- Please use small stylized images with minimal blurs. Do not scribble on your photos, though you may blur your faces on subsequent photos for privacy concerns. 

- Your “About us” essay complements your pictures and tells us a little about yourself and how you heard about the Club. 

- Fake images or info will result in immediate removal.

SINGLE MEN:

In addition to the above requirements, you must also submit 2 referrals from one of the following due to the amount of spammed applications:

- Another member’s recommendation *(Sponsorship)

- Proof of paid membership on an online lifestyle network *(SLS, SDC, etc.)

- Proof of membership at another club, (either on the Modern Lifestyle network or otherwise)

Acceptance:

If accepted, you will be notified via email. Please make sure to follow directions above for best chance of acceptance. ALL applicants undergo a background check for violent and sexual offenses, and all violators will be denied. If you are missing information we may reach out tactfully by email or phone number to have you provide the missing parts of the application. If we are unable to reach you or the application sits for more than 30 days without the complete info your application will be denied.
