ELATION RULES

• Elation is an online adult alternative lifestyle club serving the Nashville  area with weekly parties and quarterly take over events. We currently have 2 types of events: Club Events and Hotel Parties.

• Stalking or harassment of other members is never permitted, can result in temporary or permanent suspension of a couple's membership.

• We are accepting of EVERYONE, Swingers, Poly, Kinksters, Fetishists, LGBT+ ect, and aim to provide a fun safe environment for you to meet new people and establish connections.

• Elation does not release a guest's private information to other guests; nor does Elation sell guest information. To contact an Elation guest, you will need to ask the guest directly at an Elation party.

• Elation reserves the right to share infromation about banned members with other clubs in our network.

• Couples and throuples, should arrive and depart the event together.

• No means no, so if someone tells you no, we ask you to respect this decision.

• Regardless of gender, please ask for the consent of others before touching. Consent is key!

• Please respect Elation and our partner venues, and hotels at all times by keeping it clean and picking up after yourself. If you have an accident, please clean it up, and/or notify staff to help you.

• All guests must respect the dignity of others. No rude conduct toward guests or staff will be permitted.

• All guests must follow instructions of management, security or staff in regards to rules.

• When at On Premise Parties, if you enter a play area, and are not playing, we kindly ask that you whisper or do not talk at all.

• Please do not invade the personal space of others. If there is a doubt, please ask them.

• Please keep your voice down outside and respect the neighborhood this includes also being properly covered when in view of the public, or on Off Premise Parties.

• Elation has a no-tolerance policy for drugs or prostitution.

• When in public *(arriving, departing,meet and greet events and smoking) you should be properly covered to be in public. We don't need unwanted attention.

• Singles are not permitted in play areas unless accompanied by a couple/throuple. *(Dungeon is the exception).

• No cameras, cell phone cameras or recording devices are permitted for use except in designated photo op areas.

• Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave the party area or will be denied entrance.

• You agree to follow all event/ location specific rules

• Promoting competing events or services (paid or free) at Elation or on the Elation network without owner approval may result in membership suspension. In particular, any parties advertised on the same weekend as an Elation will result in immediate account review.

• You agree to indemnify and hold the club, its management, staff, agents and venues, harmless of any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to the same) made by yourself or a third party, for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered by them or their property howsoever caused.

• You agree to not disclose anything involving Elation to non lifestyle elements.
